Fees in respect of applications for small claims in the Small Claims Court:

Please note that the following fees are charged in every department of the High Court. However, there are additional fees which vary from department to department which are detailed on the Northern Ireland Court Service's website. You should also check the Court Service's website for fees for non-contentious business, as the fees detailed below are for civil business only.
